1. Custom manufacturing service of vane plate droplet separator.
In Hualai factory, we are always trying to understand our customer's requirements and so better satisfiy them. In this case, it is a new-designed chevron plate mist eliminator in stainless steel 316L material. The point is on big number of gas passages. It assures a high mist eliminating efficiency in operation.

4. Usage of vane plate droplet separator
The chevron plate demister is widely used to separate entrained liquid droplets from gas stream, in which the liquid droplets are 8 μm or larger. When the gas stream passes through the vane pack demister and change direction, the liquid droplets are unable to change direction as quick as the gas due to their momentum. So the liquid droplets impact on the chevron blade and then coalesce and form large droplets until drain away.
In the special environment, where there is some small solid particles, vane pack mist eliminator is the better choice for liquid and gas separator than the wire mesh demister.
