1. High efficiency vane plate mist eliminator technical specification
This technical specification is applicable to the absorber demister, including the technical requirements for the functional design, structure, performance, manufacture, installation, supply, commissioning and test of the body and auxiliary equipment system of two-stage high-efficiency flat demister.

3. Vane plate mist eliminator technical characteristics:
Unique design, without dead angle of demisting in the whole tower, triangle installation form, good stability, unique angle design. Hook on the chevron plate is an option, to gain droplet collection acceleration, and improve separation efficiency.
4. Vane plate mist eliminator working theory:
The gas stream flow through the first and second vane packs to eliminate the target-size mist. The standard module of the first stage vane pack demister is with pitch of vane 30mm, and the standard module of the second stage vane pack demister is with pitch of vane 25mm. The vane plates are fixed by positioning rods (both the upper part and the lower part are fixed). The positioning rods and each chevron plate have corresponding round holes, which are penetrated vertically with round rods, and the chevron plates and positioning rods are penetrated into the fastener layer by layer. Then it is welded with the blade to ensure that the positioning rod and the round rod will not fall off, and at the same time, the bearing capacity of the vane pack demister is increased.
