Low pressure rectifying column:
The wire mesh demister pad increases the purification ratio, that enables a deep cut in residue oil to improve the quality of gas oil. The improved gas oil contains less carbon, asphalt and corrosive metals, increases decomposition capacity by the residue load in the regenerator, and maintains a higher contact reaction to produce a higher gasoline yield ratio.
Wire Mesh Demister Standard Specification (part):
A. The demister shall be fabricated as a whole or as the minimum number of sections required to be inserted into the vessel manhole.
B. The mesh gasket shall closely cooperate with the gasket sealing system.
C. The thickness of mesh bedding shall not exceed 9 inches (230 mm). If more than one layer is required, the joints shall be staggered.
D. The integrated circular mesh pad can be spiral.
2.3 supports and gratings
A. In addition to the customer's requirements, the general layout of the demister support and grille shall comply with the factory practice.
B. The mist eliminator supplier can also provide final details of the mist eliminator support and compression grille.
C. The demister supplier shall provide details of the components attached to the vessel to the vessel manufacturer in a timely manner for installation without changing the vessel manufacturing progress.
D. Each part of the mesh mat shall include a grid on each side.
E. G-type mesh mats shall be provided with inlet and outlet rigid welded gratings. The outlet grille and blanket outlet area of the G-type mesh mat shall be clearly marked with "outlet".
F. Spiral mesh mats shall include an x-mesh on both sides.
2.4 fastening device
As a mist eliminator manufacturer, we can provide ties or other devices to fix the mist eliminator part to the bracket, connect the grille to its container bracket, and fix the layers together if multiple layers of mist eliminators are required.

Where to use the demister unit?
Knockout drum and separator – save capital costs by reducing vessel size recover expensive fatty acids from the stream reduce compressor maintenance by preventing fouling.
Absorber – reduce the overhead loss of glycol in the dehydrator to no more than 0.1 gal/mmscf, and natural gas reduces the loss of absorbed oil and amine in the CO2 system.
Scrubber - reduce the chemical emissions from the smelting dissolution tank of the sulfate plant to less than 0.11 kg / dry ton (0.25 lb / dry ton), and improve the efficiency of the scrubber by removing particles from the entrained liquid.
Distillation tower - improve product purity and throughput of petrochemical products, organic intermediates and fine chemicals.
Evaporator - prevent the loss of valuable products, keep the TDS of condensate less than 10 ppm, so as to obtain the highest quality boiler feed water, clean the vacuum ejector steam discharge, and reduce the maintenance of steam recompression system.
High pressure steam system - provides dry steam cutting TDS, tds<10 ppb in condensate, eliminating accumulation on turbine blades.
Refining tower – increase throughput capacity and take more drastic cuts to obtain higher product output – extend catalyst life of downstream cracking and reforming unit by reducing carbon and metal at the side
Low grade crude oil is used for drawing.
