1. High temperature PTFE mesh pad mist eliminator features,
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a kind of material with the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance and resistance to various organic solvents, which is almost insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, polytetrafluoroethylene has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, and its friction coefficient is very low, so it can be used for lubrication, and also become an ideal coating for easy cleaning of the inner layer of water pipes.
PTFE is a kind of high molecular compound which is polymerized from tetrafluoroethylene. Its structure formula is - [- cf2-cf2 -] n- With excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance, it is one of the best materials with corrosion resistance in the world. Besides molten alkali metal, chlorine trifluoride, chlorine pentafluoride and liquid fluorine, it is also resistant to all other chemicals and can not change when boiling in aqua regia. It is widely used in various occasions requiring acid-base resistance and organic solvents. It has tightness, high lubrication, no sticky, electrical insulation, good aging resistance and excellent temperature resistance. It can work long term from 250℃ to -180℃ degrees. Polytetrafluoroethylene itself is not toxic to humans. The operating temperature is - 190 ~ 250 ℃, and sudden cooling and heating, or alternate operation of cooling and heating is allowed.
