1 General Provisions
1.1 This standard specifies the requirements for marking, specification and characteristics, materials, manufacturing requirements, inspection and acceptance, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of stainless steel orifice corrugated packing products, as well as the calculation of characteristic parameters of orifice corrugated packing.
1.2 The corrugated packing with stainless steel orifice plate is suitable for gas-liquid mass transfer separation tower equipment, and the applicable temperature of the packing is - 200 ~ 400 ℃.
1.3 The structured packing is suitable for the clean gas-liquid system without solid particles or suspended solids or easy to self assemble.

3.2 Specifications and characteristics
3.2.1 Stainless steel orifice corrugated packing is a number of corrugated plates pressed from stainless steel strip, which are vertically stacked and assembled into a disc-shaped structured packing according to the requirements of a certain diameter. The corrugations of the adjacent corrugated plates are inclined in the opposite direction, and the corrugations of the upper and lower adjacent packing plates are 90 ° crossed.
3.2.2 Before the corrugated plate is pressed, it is necessary to punch holes on the plate in advance and press the fine grain, or use the rolling grain equivalent to the fine grain.
3.2.3 Eight types of stainless steel orifice plate corrugated packing are listed in the table. The characteristic parameters of the type selection are the specific surface area of the packing and the angle of the corrugation, which can be selected according to the process design requirements.
