3. 250Y structured packing standard general provisions
3.1 This standard specifies the requirements for marking, specification and characteristics, materials, manufacturing requirements, inspection and acceptance, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of stainless steel orifice corrugated packing products, as well as the calculation of characteristic parameters of orifice corrugated packing.
3.2 The corrugated packing with stainless steel orifice plate is suitable for gas-liquid mass transfer separation tower equipment, and the applicable temperature of the packing is - 200 ~ 400 ℃.
3.3 The structured packing is suitable for the clean gas-liquid system without solid particles or suspended solids or easy to self assemble.
4. Geometric parameters of 250y structured packing layer
Corrugated packing is widely used in structured packing. Its geometric parameters are generally characterized by the geometric structure and characteristic size of the corrugated sheet, which is the monomer of the packing layer.

Generally, the B ≈ h and ξ of corrugated packing are 75 - 90, 78 - 81, φ = 45 (Y type), 30 (X type).
⑤ The hydraulic (or equivalent) diameter DH is used to characterize the size of the fluid channel of the regular packing unit, which can be derived according to the rules of fluid mechanics
