1. Column Distillation Packing 452Y Introduction:
452y corrugated packing is a kind of regular packing with low pressure drop and higher flux. The porosity is 97%. The pressure drop of each theoretical plate is 30-50% lower than that of the normal stainless steel orifice corrugated structured packing, and the liquid holding capacity is about 8% - 15% of the packing volume, The minimum liquid load is 0.2m3 / (m2 · h), and its amplification effect is not obvious.
2. Difference between 450Y and Column Distillation Packing 452Y
The difference between 452y structured packing and normal 450y orifice corrugated packing is that 452y corrugated packing has one more straight edge. It is this structural change that makes the new type of 452y structured packing has more processing capacity and lower pressure drop than ordinary stainless steel corrugated packing. This is why more users choose the new orifice corrugated structured packing.
3. Column Distillation Packing 452Y Shipping & Storage
Packing list shall be provided for finished structured packing, including product name, model, specification and size, manufacturer name and production date.
The finished products shall be packed in cartons, wooden boxes, or wooden plates, and the packing tray shall be placed horizontally. The name and model of the product, the name of the manufacturer and the quality of the product shall be indicated on the outside of the packaging box, and the words or marks such as "strictly prevent humidity" shall be included.
It is strictly prohibited to impact the product and rain it directly during transportation.
Products shall be stored in a ventilated and dry room, and shall not be stacked laterally.
